Jesse Giannetto (4th car out to time) set the standard in time trials at 15.901 seconds. Ricky Logan (14th car out) was second quick, followed by Brian Brown (1st), Calvin Landis (9th), Wayne Johnson (8th), Kerry Madsen (15th), Billy Alley (28th), Jaymie Moyle (10th), Jon Agan (6th) and Justin Henderson (29th). It was definitely an advantage to time in early as the track was drying quickly. Robert Bell failed to get a time in.

Heat one (started): 1. Alley 22 (4) 2. Skip Jackson 2 (1) 3. Mike Reinke 02 (2) 4. Giannetto D1 (6) 5. Landis 70 (5) 6. Henderson D11 (3) / 7. Lynton Jeffrey 4AU (8) 8. Chad Meyer 1w (9) 9. Greg Jones 35 (7) 10. Kaley Gharst 44G (10)

The most exciting heat race of the season saw Jackson take the early advantage, running the cushion that had developed 3/4 of the way up the track. Alley stuck to the low side and took the point on lap three. The two raced literally side by side the whole eight laps. Jackson led laps five and six, with Alley leading the last two for the win. The heat was only inverted by six cars while six transferred. No reason was given why, but that is two weeks in a row.

Heat two (started): 1. Tim St. Arnold 7w (2) 2. W. Johnson 14AJ (5) 3. Logan 10 (6) 4. Eric Vanderploeg 7x (3) 5. Clint Garner 40 (8) 6. Jerrel Slinkard 15s (1) / 7. Matt Moro 47 (7) 8. Mike Moore 69 (9) 9. Moyle 5m (4) 10. Tyler Houseman 50 (10)

St. Arnold led flag to flag. Garner used some early moves to get around Moyle and into a transfer. St. Arnold won by nearly half a straightaway over W. Johnson. Logan moved up strongly on the low side to secure third.

Heat three (started): 1. Brent Antill 1 (1) 2. Brown 21 (6) 3. Madsen 55 (5) 4. Ryan Anderson 71R (2) 5. Agan 4 (4) 6. Don Droud Jr. 17G (7) / 7. Colin Northway 60 (8) 8. Chris Walraven 56 (3) 9. Michael Jones 1a (9) DNS - Robert Bell 71

Antill led the duration and was "hooked up and hauling". Brown made quick work of the second row to take home second after a nice battle with Anderson. Droud wrestled the final transfer at the halfway point from Walraven.

B main (started): 1. Moro (4) 2. Moyle (1) 3. Meyer (7) 4. Jeffrey (5) 5. Northway (6) 6. Walraven (2) / 7. Moore (8) 8. M. Jones (9) 9. Houseman (10) 10. G. Jones (3) DNS - Gharst, Bell

Walraven shot out to the early advantage until Moyle slipped under him on lap two. Moro was on the move, riding the rim and circled the top two for the lead on lap four. He drove away, winning by nearly half a lap. Northway went from seventh to fifth in the final two laps to garner a transfer.

A main (started): 1. St. Arnold (1) 2. Alley (6) 3. W. Johnson (8) 4. Madsen (7) 5. Reinke (2) 6. Brown (10) 7. Henderson (4) 8. Vanderploeg (3) 9. Giannetto (12) 10. Jackson (10) 11. Logan (11) 12. Landis (9) 13. Garner (18) 14. Jeffrey (22) 15. Droud (17) 16. Meyer (21) 17. Agan (5) 18. Moro (19) 19. Slinkard (15) 20. Walraven (24) 21. Anderson (13) 22. Moyle (20) 23. Antill (16) 24. Northway (23)

St. Arnold led flag to flag in the non-stop 20 lapper. Alley shot to the bottom and used what he could from the low side to nab second early on. Reinke battled back, reclaiming second on lap six. Behind the two, W. Johnson and Madsen battled back and forth for fourth. Alley reasserted himself, moving up the track a bit to regain second on lap 13. A blanket could be thrown over the top three, but St. Arnold would not be denied, despite battling through lapped traffic. W. Johnson and Madsen got by Reinke to round out the top four. Jeffrey earned an extra $300 for hard-charger honors.

360s

Heat one (started, *qualified for feature): 1. David Hesmer 1 (6*) 2. Johnny Anderson 7a (7*) 3. Jimmy Sills 20L (9*) 4. Jarod Smith 48 (1*) 5. Frankie Heimbaugh 04 (2) 6. Tom Lenz 8L (8) 7. Eric Mason B29 (5) 8. Terry Alexander 77 (11) 9. Jerry Crabb 12x (4) 10. Rod Edwards 22 (3) 11. Peter Crall 11 (10)

Crall flipped on lap two and was done for the night, but uninjured. Smith took the early lead. Hesmer was hooked up and quickly got to the front, taking the point after the restart. Anderson had a nice run, as did Sills, who showed no signs of rust, shaking down the Lasoski 20L for next weekend's Masters Classic.

Heat two (started, *qualified for feature): 1. Eddie Leavitt Jr. F4 (1*) 2. Josh Higday 24 (6*) 3. Rager Phillips 9 (3*) 4. Stevie Walsh 20 (5*) 5. Nate Van Haaften 3 (2) 6. Nate Mosher 22N (9) 7. Davey Heskin 56x (8) 8. Mike Houseman Jr. Y5 (7) 9. Dustin Selvage 7 (10) 10. Alan Zoutte 33 (4)

Zoutte and Higday contacted on the opening green. The result was a broken front end for Zoutte. Higday restarted at the rear, but was quickly back to the runner-up spot. Leavitt led flag to flag in the 7 lapper.

Heat three (started, *qualified for feature): 1. Jake Peters 57x (3*) 2. John Schulz 2 (1*) 3. Brett Mather 54 (4*) 4. Joe Beaver 53 (5*) 5. Dustin Lindquist 55L (7*) 6. Mitchell Alexander 6 (6) 7. Dusty Zomer 1z (8) 8. Dan Thornburg 57T (2) 9. Gary Moyer 5m (9) 10. Stacey Alexander 126 (10)

Peters got around the front row starters to lead the duration. Lindquist's moves from 7th to 5th were just enough for a transfer to the A.

Heat four (started, *qualified for feature): 1. David Hall 51 (3*) 2. John Kearney 83B (1*) 3. Larry Ball Jr. 5J (6*) 4. Bronson Maeschen 96 (2) 5. Mike Houseman Y2 (5) 6. Troy Meyer 11m (7) 7. John Hall 7H (8) 8. Bobby Mincer 10 (4) 9. DJ Heskin 56 (9) 10. Dave Becker 7B (10)

Kearney shot out and dominated after changing engines after hot laps. He slowed in the last corner coming for the checkered and was beat to the line by D. Hall. Ball was impressive in moving up to third.

B main (started): 1. Maeschen (1) 2. Heimbaugh (3) 3. Lenz (4) 4. Meyer (7) / 5. Zomer (11) 6. Mason (13) 7. M. Alexander (8) 8. Edwards (21) 9. Houseman (6) 10. Becker (22) 11. J. Hall (12) 12. T. Alexander (9) 13. Crabb (18) 14. Thornburg (15) 15. Van Haaften (5) 16. Mosher (2) 17. Moyer (19) 18. Selvage (17) 19. S. Alexander (23) 20. Davey Heskin (10) 21. Houseman Jr. (14) 22. Mincer (16) 23. DJ Heskin (20) DNS - Zoutte, Crall

Houseman Jr. flipped on the initial green after contacting Davey Heskin. DJ Heskin, Davey Heskin and Mincer retired as they were all collected in the incident. Despite a lot of air time, Houseman Jr. was uninjured. Maeschen led throughout for a solid win. Meyer moved up nicely and hel off Zomer, even after a restart for a spun Mosher at the halfway point.

A main (started): 1. Mather (2) 2. D. Hall (7) 3. Phillips (1) 4. Higday (9) 5. Sills (10) 6. Beaver (14) 7. Schulz (4) 8. Anderson (11) 9. Lindquist (16) 10. Maeschen (17) 11. Peters (8) 12. Meyer (20) 13. Hesmer (12) 14. Heimbaugh (18) 15. Leavitt (6) 16. Walsh (13) 17. Lenz (19) 18. Kearney (3) 19. Smith (15) 20. Ball (5)

Ball took off like a rocket, going from fifth to the point on the first circuit. His lead would be short-lived as mag problems sidelined him on lap three. Kearney inherited the lead and pulled away until power steering problems started to plague him. Mather took over on lap four of the 15 lapper and never looked back to claim his first career feature win despite an oil leak. Youth was served by great runs by D. Hall and Phillips with a Hall of Famer rounding out the top five. The hard-chargers were Beaver and Meyer, both moving up eight spots.
