Randy Hannagan (27th car out to time) set quick time at 11.728 seconds.  Chad Kemenah (11th car out) was second quick, followed by Greg Wilson (1st), Jason Johnson (5th), Phil Gressman (24th), Jerrod Hull (20th), Bill Rose (21st), Jesse Hockett (17th), Dean Jacobs (2nd) and Jeremy Campbell (12th).  Jon Agan suffered problems in hot laps, but was able to get one lap in at the end of time trials.  Jeff Wingate failed to get a time in.

Heat one (started): 1. Tim Hunter 2 (2) 2. Brock Mayes 11B (1) 3. Hannagan 1x (6) 4. Campbell 10c (3) 5. Rose 6 (4) 6. J. Johnson 50D (5) / 7. Paul May 71m (7) 8. Joey Montgomery 21c (9) 9. Eddie Lynch 29 (8)

Mayes shot out to a lead early with Hunter in tow.  The track was heavy and a bit rough, and the two led the rest side by side.  Hunter waited for the last corner to make his winning pass on the inside.

Heat two (started): 1. Derek O’Dell 11D (2) 2. Wayne Johnson 14AJ (3) 3. Kemenah 15K (6) 4. Hockett 75 (4) 5. Gressman 70 (5) 6. Jon Agan 4J (8) / 7. Randy Martin 14 (7) 8. Barry Ruble 63R (1) 9. Damon Kronk 11 (9)

The rookie, O’Dell, led the distance in impressive fashion, though it was mostly a single-file affair on the fast track.  Martin held down the final transfer before a stumble with two laps to go let Agan by.

Heat three (started): 1. Danny Smith 4 (2) 2. Jacobs (4) 3. Jeff Slinkard 21az (3) 4. Greg Wilson 63 (6) 5. Hull 12 (5) 6. Adam Jones 4A (1) / 7. Jeff Davis 33 (7) 8. Steve Martin 20az (8) 9. Lowe Cannell 2c (9) 10. Jeff Wingate 8 (10)

D. Smith led the distance in a mostly single-file affair.  S. Martin avoided disaster after bicycling on two wheels into turn two after the green fell.

Dash (started): 1. Wilson (2) 2. Kemenah (3) 3. Gressman (1) 4. Hannagan (4)

Wilson led flag to flag.  The best racing came between Gressman and Hannagan with the former holding on.

B main (started):  1. May (2) 2. R. Martin (3) 3. Ruble (1) 4. Davis (4) 5. Montgomery (7) 6. Lynch (5) / 7. S. Martin (6) 8. Kronk (8) 9. Wingate (10) 10. Cannell (9)

May led the distance in the twelve lapper.  R. Martin battled with Ruble the last few circuits before disposing of him on the final go-around.

A main (started): 1. Wilson (4) 2. Kemenah (5) 3. Hannagan (6) 4. J. Johnson (3) 5. Hockett (8) 6. Jacobs (9) 7. Smith (15) 8. Hull (1) 9. Rose (7) 10. W. Johnson (11) 11. Mayes (16) 12. Campbell (10) 13. R. Martin (20) 14. Hunter (13) 15. Montgomery (24) 16. Lynch (22) 17. Slinkard (12) 18. Ruble (17) 19. May (19) 20. O’Dell (14) 21. Davis (21) 22. Agan (23) 23. Gressman (2) 24. Jones (18)

Gressman jumped out to an early lead using the bottom side.  The race became entertaining quick with the top four (Gressman, Hull, Wilson and Hannagan) side by side and nose to tail most of the way.  On lap eight, Wilson got by Gressman before a caution for a spun O’Dell.  The restart saw Wilson leading Gressman, Hull, Hannagan and Kemenah.  On lap thirteen, Kemenah had jumped from fifth to second after working over Hannagan who had used the high side to pull up behind the low riding Wilson.  Two laps later at the halfway point of the thirty lapper, the final caution flag was waved for a stopped Agan.  May changed a tire under caution, and Wilson led Kemenah, Hannagan, J. Johnson, and Hull back to green flag conditions.  The battle for second was furious with Hannagan retaking the spot on lap 17, and Kemenah coming back to claim it for good with three to go.  Hockett was on the move late, after dropping back and used the high line to ride home fifth.  The win was Wilson’s second All-Star win, both having come at Lake Ozark Speedway.  He also won the Brad Doty Classic one week ago at Attica.

360s

Heat one (started): 1. Brian Brown 21 (5) 2. Damon Kronk 11 (2) 3. Bryan Grimes 6 (4) 4. Lowe Cannell 2c (1) 5. Matthew Fox 23F (3) 6. Tony Crank 9c (7) 7. Tyler Blank 75 (6) 8. Lanny Carpenter 24L (8)

Kronk jumped out to the early lead on the fast, heavy track.  Brown held his own trailing the leader’s nerf bar closely until a last lap pass gave him the win.

Heat two (started): 1. Frank Brown 4u (1) 2. J Kinder 88 (4) 3. Tim Montgomery 4 (7) 4. Eric Schrock 86 (5) 5. Rusty Potter 3P (6) 6. Steve Beach 10 (3) 7. Matt Cook 30 (2) 8. Jeff Wingate 8 (8)

F. Brown led at the outset and checked out on the field.  Montgomery and Schrock had a nice battle before Montgomery slid by and worked over Potter.  Schrock was able to shoot around Potter late.

A main (started): 1. B. Brown (1) 2. Montgomery (6) 3. Schrock (8) 4. Grimes (5) 5. Carpenter (15) 6. Crank (9) 7. Cannell (7) 8. Potter (10) 9. F. Brown (2) 10. Wingate (16) 11. Blank (13) 12. Fox (11) 13. Kinder (4) 14. Kronk (3) 15. Beach (12) 16. Cook (14)

B. Brown jumped out to the early advantage in the 25 lapper over F. Brown.  Beach spun on lap six bringing out the yellow flag.  B. Brown led F. Brown, Montgomery, Grimes and Kinder back to greens.  Only one more lap got in the books before Cook spun and went pitside.  Now Montgomery was on the low riding B. Brown’s tail.  Despite a nice run around the outside Montgomery was not able to close.  When Beach spun again on lap twelve, B. Brown was still in command over Montgomery, F. Brown, a surging Schrock and Grimes.  The final stoppage came when Fox spewed fluids on the track.  The top five was joined by Carpenter, who earned hard-charger honors in this one.
