Zeb Wise (18th car out to time) set the standard in time trials at 13.050 seconds on the 3/8-mile oval.  Aaron Reutzel (11th car out) was second quick, followed by Matt Juhl (3rd), Josh Baughman (26th), Brock Zearfoss (13th), Cory Eliason (16th), Austin McCarl (22nd), Tony Stewart (14th), Paul McMahan (24th) and Russel Borland (2nd).  Juhl, Wise, Baughman, Trey Starks and Justin Henderson set quick time over their respective heat groups.  Cody Ledger had issues and did not get a time in.  Kevin Ingle all but tipped over in hot laps after jumping over the turn one berm and also did not get timed in.

Heat one (started): 1. Sawyer Phillips 3P (1) 2. Tim Kaeding 3 (2) 3. Juhl 09 (4) 4. Borland 23 (3) / 5. McKenna Haase 55m (5) 6. Colin Smith o5 (6) 7. Cody Ledger 35L (9) / 8. Jack Rouston 14m (7) 9. Hunter Custer 29 (8)

8-lap heats had an invert of four, and took the top four to the feature.  The heat winner and quickest qualifier not winning the heat transferred to the Dash.  The two quickest qualifiers overall who transferred also made the Dash.  Fifth through seventh transferred to the B and everyone else to the C.

Phillips led the distance over Kaeding, Juhl and Borland in a mostly single-file affair.  Custer exited with issues after stopping to bring a lap one caustion.  Rouston spun three laps in.

Heat two (started): 1. Eliason 26 (1) 2. Zearfoss 3z (2) 3. Reutzel 87 (3) 4. Wise 11 (4) / 5. Stewart 14 (5) 6. Skylar Gee 99 (9) 7. Hunter Schuerenberg 55 (6) / 8. Jake Blackhurst 73 (8) 9. Greg Wilson w20 (7)

The stoutest of the heats as far as quick qualifiers finished almost how it started, other than Gee finding his way from ninth to sixth.  The cushion was the fast way around, with passing difficult.

Heat three (started): 1. Terry McCarl 4 (1) 2. McMahan 13 (2) 3. A. McCarl 17A (3) 4. Baughman 17 (4) / 5. Jade Hastings 8H (6) 6. Skylar Prochaska 35 (5) 7. Brandon Stevenson 0s (8) / 8. Alan Gilbertson 97 (7) 9. Kevin Ingle 2K (9)

T. McCarl led wire to wire.  Ingle went over the turn three berm to bring a caution at the halfway point.  T. McCarl led McMahan, Baughman and A. McCarl back to green.  Baughman tried to move outside McMahan on the restart in turn two, but fell off the backstretch.  A McCarl snatched third, but Baughman recovered to carry the fourth and final transfer.

Balog led early over Dietrich, Starks and Marvel.  A slider by Peck on lap two saw Marvel get over the top of turn two and lose several spots.  Three laps in, Fahl went over turn three into the weeds.  Peck suffered an issue that sent him to the work area at the same time.  Rosenboom inherited the fourth and final transfer after starting seventh.

Heat five (started): 1. Kyle Offill 88 (1) 2. Chad Boespflug 2KS (3) 3. Henderson 7 (4) 4. Cole Duncan 22 (2) / 5. Scott Neitzel 2w (7) 6. Jeremy Schultz 5J (5) 7. James Broty 33 (6) / 8. Sean Rayhall 14R (8)

Offill led early over Boespflug and Duncan.  Two laps in, Rayhall did a 360 spin, bringing a restart.  Things stayed status quo until the last lap, when Henderson motored on the outside of Duncan to take third.  Neitzel moved up well, but fell just short of a transfer.

C main (started): 1. Blackhurst (1) 2. Wilson (6) / 3. Rouston (3) 4. Fahl (4) 5. Gilbertson (2) 6. Ingle (7) 7. Custer (5) DNS – Rayhall

The 8-lapper took the top two to the tail of the B.  Blackhurst took off ahead of Gilbertson early.  Wilson was already third after one lap after starting sixth, and took second from Gilbertson on the second circuit.  Custer spun two laps in, and Ingle with three to go.  Ingle’s spin negated a pass for the lead by Wilson.  Blackhurst was able to pull away, protecting the low line coming out of turn four that was quickly developing.

Dash one (started): 1. Henderson (1) 2. Baughman (3) 3. T. McCarl (2) 4. Balog (5) 5. Offill (6) 6. Phillips (4)

The 4-lapper set up the inside of rows 1-6 in the feature.  Baughman shot by the first row at the drop of the green, but Henderson hounded him and passed him by a whisker to end the first lap.  He went on to take the win in a good one.

Dash two (started): 1. Reutzel (1) 2. Starks (2) 3. Eliason (4) 4. Wise (3) 5. Zearfoss (5) 6. Juhl (6)

This one set up the outside of rows 1-6 in the feature.  The best racing in this one came for the fourth spot.  Zearfoss shot by Wise, who got above the cushion a bit in turn four on lap two.  A lap later, Wise used the low side of four to gain the spot back coming for the white flag.

B main (started): 1. Schuerenberg (2) 2. Stewart (1) 3. Peck (8) 4. Martin (4) / 5. Neitzel (6) 6. Haase (3) 7. Prochaska (7) 8. Gee (10) 9. Smith (9) 10. Hastings (5) 11. Schultz (11) 12. Wilson (17) 13. Blackhurst (16) 14. Broty (13) 15. Ledger (15) 16. Stevenson (14) 17. Marvel (12)

The 12-lap B took the top four to the back of the feature.  Stewart led early over Schuerenberg and Haase, making her first 410 start in the U.S.  Martin held down the final transfer until Peck surged by him on the second lap after starting eighth.  Lap three saw Ledger bring a caution.  Stewart led Schuerenberg, Haase and Peck, who had a pass for third negated back to green.  Peck used the bottom of four to gain third on the restart, and Martin made a pass in the same spot on Haase to gain the fourth and final transfer on lap seven.  Schuerenberg hit his marks on the low side of four, to get by Stewart for the win with four to go.  Peck also challenged Stewart late and passed him briefly, but settled for third.
Aaron ReutzelAaron Reutzel A main (started): 1. Reutzel (2) 2. Eliason (6) 3. Henderson (1) 4. Zearfoss (10) 5. Starks (4) 6. A. McCarl (17) 7. Balog (7) 8. Kaeding (14) 9. T. McCarl (5) 10. Wise (8) 11. McMahan (13) 12. Dietrich (15) 13. Duncan (19) 14. Baughman (3) 15. Stewart (22) 16. Offill (9) 17. Phillips (11) 18. Schultz (27, prov.) 19. Gee (25, prov.) 20. Schuerenberg (21) 21. Borland (18) 22. Peck (23) 23. Boespflug (16) 24. Neitzel (26, prov.) 25. Martin (24) 26. Rosenboom (20) 27. Juhl (12)

The 25-lapper had Henderson leading Reutzel, Baughman, Starks and Eliason early.  Juhl stopped with ignition issues two laps in.  Eliason had a great restart to shoot up to third.  Reutzel was finding speed, shooting off the bottom of four, and that’s where he passed Henderson for the lead on lap eight.  Two circuits later, he was in lapped traffic.  Eliason continued his good run by getting by Henderson on the high side of turn two on lap 11.  Zearfoss, who won here on April 25, was up from tenth and by Starks into the top five on lap 15.  He took fourth from Baughman a lap later, and then shot by Henderson for third on lap 17.  On lap 18, he was behind the lapper of Juhl, who slowed.  Zearfoss got caught up with him, but kept it rolling.  He gained his spot back when the yellow was thrown, but he had serious nose damage.  Henderson would get back by him for third on the restart with seven to go.  Reutzel took off in clean air and won the $6,600 payday going away.  There was good racing back in the pack, where A. McCarl surged from 17th to sixth as hard-charger.  Balog, T. McCarl, Kaeding and Starks went at it for fifth much of the way as well.
