The cars were split into three groups to qualify Group one made up heats one and two, Group two made up heats three and four, and Group three made up heats five and six. Nick Sheridan set quick time in the first group and overall at 13.283 seconds. Darren Dryden was second quick, followed by DJ Christie and Jason Barney. Sheridan earned $800 in bonuses for his quick time. Group two was led by Sam Hafertepe Jr. (13.538), Josh Hansen, Skyler Evans and Alex Hill. Dylan Westbrook (13.556) was quickest in the third group, followed by Matt Farnham, Ryan Turner and Jordan Thomas. Dylan Swiernik did not get a time in.

Heat one (started): 1. 21T-Alex Therrien (1); 2. 45-Nick Sheridan (4); 3. 7-Eric Gledhill (2) / 4. 5-DJ Christie (3); 5. 11-Jamie Turner (5); 6. 46-Kevin Pauls (7) / 7. 13-Evan Reynolds (8); 8. 0C-Cole MacDonald (6)

10-lap heats had a qualifying invert of four and took the top three to the feature, and the next three to the B. There was plenty of action across the board tonight. Thierren led this one wire to wire, and Sheridan quickly jumped into second. J Turner and Christie exchanged the fourth spot, but both headed to the B.

Heat two (started): 1. 28-Jordan Poirier (2); 2. 12DD-Darren Dryden (4); 3. 87-Jason Barney (3) / 4. 0JB-Justin Barger (1); 5. 77E-Ashton VanEvery (6); 6. 94X-Scott Hall (7) / 7. 12-Alex Bergeron (5); DNS - 84R-Tyler Rand

Poirier led Dryden for the duration. In an old ESS battle, Barney got by Barger for third on the low side on lap four.

Heat three (started): 1. 15H-Sam Hafertepe Jr (4); 2. 9-Liam Martin (2); 3. 87XS-Skyler Evans (3) / 4. 94-Todd Hoddick (1); 5. 17X-Cory Turner (6); 6. 70-Baily Heard (7) / 7. 36-Mikey Kruchka (5); 8. 77T-Tyeller Powless (8)

Hafertepe hit the rim to shoot into the lead on lap one and he pulled away to win by a healthy margin with L Martin in tow. Hoddick was third early, ahead of C Turner and Evans. Evans claimed fourth on lap two and then shot under Hoddick in turn one on the white flag lap to claim the last transfer.

Heat four (started): 1. 88H-Josh Hansen (4); 2. 85-Dustin Daggett (2); 3. 77X-Alex Hill (3) / 4. 71H-Max Stambaugh (1); 5. 0-Glenn Styres (5); 6. 31C-Dale Curran (7) / 7. 21K-Kyle Phillips (6)

This was a wild one. Daggett led early over Stambaugh, Hansen and Hill. Hill used the low side to take third from Hansen on lap two, but Hansen came back on the top of turn four on lap six to take the spot back. Styres spun with three to go, bringing the first caution of the heats and negating a pass Hill had made for third. Daggett chose the inside line on the double-file restart, ahead of Stambaugh, Hansen and Hill. Hansen shot around Stambaugh into second and then passed Daggett in the last corner to win it by .137 of a second. Meanwhile, Hill turned and good corner through the middle of three and four on the last lap to pass Stambaugh for the final transfer.

Heat five (started): 1. 47X-Dylan Westbrook (4); 2. 6-Ryan Coniam (2); 3. 15-Ryan Turner (3) / 4. 84-Mike Lichty (1); 5. 19D-Allan Downey (6); 6. 68-Aaron Turkey (5) / 7. 28K-Tate O'Leary (7)

For three laps, it was a three-wide battle for the lead between Coniam, Lichty and Westbrook. Westbrook passed Lichty for second on lap four and then blew by Coniam on lap five to take the lead for good and win going away. R. Turner came on late, taking third from Lichty in a good race down the stretch.

Heat six (started): 1. 7NY-Matt Farnham (4); 2. 79-Jordan Thomas (3); 3. 28F-Davie Franek (1) / 4. 52-Scott Kreutter (2); 5. 70MM-Matt Billings (5); 6. 81-Tyler Reynolds (6) / DNS = 7C-Dylan Swiernik

Franek led Kreutter, Farnham and Thomas early. Farnham hit the low side to pass Kreutter for second on lap five. Thomas followed him into third on the high side on lap six. Farnham set his sights on Franek and got under him for the lead with two to go. Thomas used the high side to then take second on the white flag lap.

C main (started): 1. 13-Evan Reynolds (1); 2. 36-Mikey Kruchka (4); 3. 77T-Tyeller Powless (6); 4. 0C-Cole MacDonald (5) / 5. 28K-Tate O'Leary (2); 6. 21K-Kyle Phillips (3); DNS - 12-Alex Bergeron; 7C-Dylan Swiernik; 84R-Tyler Rand

The 10-lapper took the top four to the B main. Reynolds led from start to finish. Phillips was second early but bowed out on lap two. That handed second to Powless, ahead of O’Leary. MacDonald quickly jumped into third, and Kruchka tailed him into the final transfer. O’Leary spun at the halfway point. Kruchka took third from MacDonald on that restart, and then claimed second from Powless.

Stambaugh took fifth on the restart. On lap three, Lichty passed VanEvery for third only to have VanEvery reclaim the spot in a good battle. Hoddick was on the move in the middle stages, passing Stambaugh for the fifth and final transfer on lap five, took fourth from Lichty on lap six, and third from VanEvery on lap seven. A number of provisionals were taken to make a 30-car feature field.

POLE DASH (started): 1. 47X-Dylan Westbrook (2); 2. 15H-Sam Hafertepe Jr (1); 3. 45-Nick Sheridan (6); 4. 7NY-Matt Farnham (4); 5. 88H-Josh Hansen (3); 6. 28-Jordan Poirier (5); 7. 12DD-Darren Dryden (7); 8. 21T-Alex Therrien (8)

The 35-lapper paid $30,000 to the winner. Westbrook led early over Farnham, Hafertepe, Sheridan and Hansen. The yellow came out three laps in for Gledhill and Styres, who were over the top of turn three. It would prove to be the only caution of the race. Westbrook led Farnham, Hafertepe, Sheridan and Hansen back to green. Sheridan shot by Hafertepe for the third spot, and Poirier moved into the top five on the restart. Christie moved by Poirier on lap nine for fifth. Westbrook was building an lead and in traffic on lap 11. Sheridan got by Farnham in heavy lapped traffic on lap 13 for second. R Turner was on the move after starting in row eight and was by Hafertepe into the top five on lap 14. Two laps later, he was by Christie for fourth, and then by Farnham for third on lap 17. Sheridan rode the rim and slowly reeled in Westbrook in the late stages. He put a short slider on him in turn one with five laps to go to take the lead. At the same time Christie moved by Hafertepe for fifth. On lap 33, R Turner also got by Sheridan to complete his hard-charger run in second. Christie shot by Farnham on the last lap for fourth.

Robertson spun three laps in setting up a restart, that saw Baker get by Hofstetter for second and Sleight move into the final transfer spot. Rutherford and Hamilton spun four laps in before Robertson spun again and was shown the pits. A Turner was up to third on that restart, but Hofstetter passed him back for third with three to go.

A main (started): 1. 1V-Josh Verne Jr (8); 2. 2M-Steve Murdock (6); 3. 72I-Bruno Richard (7); 4. 1-Holly Porter (3); 5. 87-Andrew Hennessy (22); 6. 88-Lance Erskine (10); 7. 28T-Cameron Thomson (4); 8. 3S-Austin Roes (12); 9. 20-Johnny Miller (5); 10. 51L-Lee Ladouceur (19); 11. 777A-Tyler Willard (15); 12. 53-Logan Shwedyk (20); 13. 50LS-Adrian Stahle (9); 14. 94-Ryan Fraser (24); 15. 16X-Keegan Baker (18); 16. 77-Liam Ladouceur (17); 17. 26X-Campbell Baker (26); 18. 24A-AJ Lewis (16); 19. 2-Travis Hofstetter (27); 20. 24K-Kiana Teal (23); 21. 85C-Cam MacKinnon (21); 22. 14B-Broden Weiler (11); 23. 5D-Jacob Dykstra (1); 24. The 20-lapper saw Dykstra leading Stratford, Porter, Murdock and Thomson early. Thompson worked by Murdock for fourth on lap two. A Turner came to a stop on lap six. He would retire at that point, as would Pellizzari and Costa. Dykstra led Stratford, Porter, Thompson and Murdock back to green. Murdock shot up two spots to third, while Richard moved into fourth. On lap eight, Verne Jr. had entered the top five, and seven laps later took fourth from Richard. Dykstra was running the low line and Stratford tried sticking his nose in a couple of times. Finally, on the last lap in turn two, he tried to thread a needle that wasn’t there, making heavy contact with Dykstra’s left rear and getting upside down. Because Dykstra was a “part of” the incident, he was ruled to have to go to the back. After a brief protest on the track, he was ordered pitside. Murdock inherited the lead for the green, white, checker finish ahead of Verne Jr., Porter, Richard and Thomson. Verne Jr. hit the high side and shot into the lead and took the win. Richard got by Porter for third and Hennessy jumped into the top five, earning hard-charger honors.
