Heat one (started): 1. Rager Phillips 7TAZ (1) 2. Chad Meyer 1w (2) 3. Bronson Maeschen 1 (4) 4. Lee Grosz 4J (5) 5. Chad Humston 1m (7) 6. Dave Glennon 5x (3) 7. Brad Foster 00 (6) DNS - Billy Alley 22

Alley shelled a rear-end in hot laps and scratched for the night. Phillips led flag to flag in the 8-lapper. The banked 1/2 mile's cushion moved up quickly, and Humston sent some rooster tails over the wall moving around Foster and Glennon. The top eight in passing points made the redraw for the first four rows of the feature.

Heat two (started): 1. Jack Dover 24A (2) 2. Jason Danley 82 (6) 3. Kaley Gharst 7K (4) 4. Eric Lutz 5 (1) 5. Bryan Dobesh 10 (5) 6. Ryan Anderson 71R (7) 7. Casey Friedrichsen 20 (3) 8. Joe Miller 78 (8)

Dover jumped into the lead early with Gharst in tow. Danley and Gharst exchanged the runner-up spot, until Danley grabbed it for good with two to go.

A main (started): 1. Maeschen (3) 2. Dover (4) 3. Phillips (6) 4. Meyer (8) 5. Danley (2) 6. Foster (13) 7. Anderson (11) 8. Humston (7) 9. Glennon (12) 10. Friedrichsen (14) 11. Grosz (5) 12. Lutz (9) 13. Miller (15) 14. Dobesh (10) 15. Gharst (1) DNS - Alley

Gharst was scheduled for the pole in the 25-lapper, but stopped on the track with apparent ignition or electrical problems and was forced to retire. Maeschen assumed the pole and took off in the Jordan Brothers machine. Danley settled into second, with Dover in third. Phillips was fourth right behind Dover. Both those drivers eventually worked by Danley into second and third. Phillips worked under Dover for the runner-up spot, and began to pull away in pursuit of Maeschen. Dobesh and Miller retired. The race looked like it would go green for the distance, when Grosz spun while running seventh with the leader in turn three. Maeschen would have to restart for a green, white, checker finish ahead of Phillips, Dover, Meyer and Humston. Maeschen pulled away, but the battle was on for second. Dover ducked under Phillips, who lost his brakes, to take runner-up honors. Humston slowed while smoking down the homestretch, losing a few spots, while Foster made a late charge to sixth.
