Jason Meyers (23rd car out to time) set a new track record in qualifying at 13.437 seconds around the big 3/8 mile oval.  Joey Saldana (5th car out) was second quick, followed by Danny Lasoski (10th), Sam Hafertepe Jr. (28th), Terry McCarl (11th), Kerry Madsen (19th), Chad Kemenah (25th), Paul McMahan (24th), Donny Schatz (17th) and Kraig Kinser (2nd).

Heat one (started): 1. K. Kinser 20 (1) 2. Kemenah 8K (2) 3. Meyers 14 (4) 4. Hafertepe Jr. 15H (3) 5. Lucas Wolfe 5w (5) 6. Daryn Pittman 21 (7) / 7. Chad Hillier 5c (6) 8. Tony Bruce Jr. 18 (9) 9. Russ Hall 29 (10) 10. Billy Alley 22 (8)

Alley stopped before a lap could be completed and restarted.  K. Kinser led all 8 laps and won going away.  Meyers pressured Kemenah late for the second and final transfer to the dash, but fell short.  Pittman passed Hillier on lap three for the final feature transfer.

Heat two (started): 1. McMahan 6 (2) 2. Saldana 9 (4) 3. Craig Dollansky 2 (1) 4. McCarl 24 (3) 5. Steve Kinser 11 (5) 6. Scott Winters 23w (8) / 7. Dusty Zomer 5z (7) 8. Justin Zimmerman 7K (9) 9. Jac Haudenschild R19 (6)

McMahan led flag to flag.  Haudenschild was solidly in a transfer when he slowed with two laps to go.  Winters snatched the final transfer.

Heat three (started): 1. Brian Brown 21x (1) 2. Schatz 15 (2) 3. Madsen 55 (3) 4. Lasoski 33 (4) 5. Jason Sides 7s (5) 6. Brooke Tatnell 5 (6) / 7. Rager Phillips 9P (7) 8. Gordy Vogelaar 33x (9) 9. Matt Wasmund 4w (8)

After a Schatz lead on the initial start was called back for a stopped Vogelaar, Brown led the duration in a mostly single-file affair.

Dash (started): 1. K. Kinser (1) 2. Brown (2) 3. Schatz (3) 4. Saldana (5) 5. Meyers (7) 6. McMahan (4) 7. Kemenah (6) 8. McCarl (10) 9. Lasoski (8) 10. Hafertepe Jr. (9)

K. Kinser led all six laps.  Brown held off a furious late rally by Schatz to hold down a row one spot for the feature.

B main (started): 1. Haudenschild (2) 2. Hillier (1) 3. Zomer (3) 4. Wasmund (4) 5. Bruce Jr. (5) 6. Zimmerman (6) 7. Hall (7) DNS – Phillips / Alley, Vogelaar

Haudenschild led the 8-lap distance in a mostly single-file affair.  Hall brought out the only caution with a white flag stop with his 360.  Hall put his 360 in the main event, as did Phillips, who didn’t make the call for the B, when Winters and Zimmerman scratched for the feature.

A main (started): 1. Schatz (3) 2. K. Kinser (1) 3. Saldana (4) 4. Meyers (5) 5. Brown (2) 6. McMahan (6) 7. Hafertepe Jr. (10) 8. McCarl (8) 9. Haudenschild (17) 10. Madsen (11) 11. Lasoski (9) 12. Kemenah (7) 13. Sides (15) 14. Wolfe (13) 15. S. Kinser (14) 16. Dollansky (12) 17. Pittman (19) 18. Tatnell (16) 19. Hillier (16) 20. Zomer (20) 21. Phillips (23) 22. Hall (24) 23. Bruce Jr. (22) 24. Wasmund (21) DNS – Winters, Zimmerman

K. Kinser jumped to an early lead in the non-stop 30-lapper with Saldana and Brown in tow.  The leaders ran mostly the high-side, with some opting for the middle of three and four.  The track stayed fairly heavy.  Schatz challenged Brown for several laps in a battle for third.  Meyers gained on that pair, and eventually got by Schatz in traffic.  Both cleared Brown into third and fourth.  Schatz found his way back around Meyers, and around lap 22 sailed by Saldana.  On lap 26, he would pass his teammate, who was trying to put a lap on Pittman, and claim the $10,000 win.  Haudenschild was the hard-charger.
