Danny Lasoski (9th car out to time) used a night off to set the standard in time trials at 15.096 seconds.  Dusty Zomer (3rd car out) was second quick, followed by Ryan Anderson (2nd), Billy Alley (11th), Wayne Johnson (26th), Brian Brown (18th), Calvin Landis (23rd), Skip Jackson (19th), Kaley Gharst (5th) and Paul McMahan (6th).  Gordy Vogelaar failed to get a time in and scratched for the night.

Heat one (started): 1. McMahan 20 (3) 2. Larry Ball Jr. 5J (1) 3. Lasoski 83 (6) 4. Alley 17G (5) 5. Bronson Maeschen 96 (2) 6. Landis 70 (4) / 7. Chad Meyer 1w (7) 8. Matt Moro 47 (8) 9. Mike Moore 69 (9) 10. Tony Shilling 47T (10) DNS - Gordy Vogelaar 1A

Ball took the point early in the 8 lapper, before McMahan used the faster low line to perfection in making the winning pass on lap five.  Inverting six and taking six to the feature is resulting in limited heat race action in the 410 class so far this year.

Heat two (started): 1. Kerry Madsen 55 (3) 2. Randy Anderson 81 (2) 3. Clint Garner 40 (1) 4. Jackson 2 (4) 5. Johnson 10 (5) 6. Zomer 1z (6) / 7. Trevor Green 11AU (8) 8. Chris Walraven 56 (7) 9. Tyler Houseman 50 (9) 10. Dave Saffell 03 (10)

Ra. Anderson grabbed the early lead from outside row one.  Madsen took to the low side and made the winning pass coming out of turn four on the fifth go-around.

Heat three (started): 1. Lynton Jeffrey 12 (3) 2. Jesse Giannetto D1 (2) 3. Rager Phillips 9 (1) 4. Brown 21 (5) 5. Gharst 44G (4) 6. Ry. Anderson (6) / 7. Jerrel Slinkard 15s (7) 8. Greg Jones 3J (9) 9. Tim St. Arnold 7w (8) DNS - Robert Bell 71

Giannetto shot to the point before a lap two stoppage for a slowed St. Arnold.  Giannetto led Jeffrey, Phillips, Gharst and Browwn back to green flag racing.  Jeffrey was hooked up on the bottom and passed for the lead on lap three.  Phillips and Gharst battled throughout with Phillips shooting under for third with two laps to go.  Brown followed him.

B main (started): 1. Green (5) 2. Walraven (2) 3. Meyer (1) 4. Moro (4) 5. Moore (7) 6. St. Arnold (6) / 7. Slinkard (3) 8. Jones (9) 9. Houseman (8) 10. Shilling (10) DNS - Saffell, Bell, Vogelaar

Walraven rode the cushion to an early advantage in the 12 lapper.  Houseman spun on lap three bringing out the yellow.  Walraven led Meyer, a surging Green, Slinkard, Moro and St. Arnold back to green flag racing on the restart.  Green used the low line to pick off Meyer and then Walraven on lap five.  He pulled away to an impressive win.

A main (started): 1. Lasoski (6) 2. Madsen (11) 3. Alley (3) 4. Brown (1) 5. Jeffrey (12) 6. Landis (7) 7. Garner (17) 8. McMahan (10) 9. Green (19) 10. Giannetto (15) 11. Gharst (9) 12. Maeschen (13) 13. Jackson (8) 14. Meyer (21) 15. Ball (16) 16. Moore (23) 17. Zomer (5) 18. St. Arnold (24) 19. Phillips (18) 20. Ra. Anderson (14) 21. Johnson (2) 22. Moro (22) 23. Ry. Anderson (4) 24. Walraven (20)

Johnson outdueled Brown for the early lead in the 25 lapper.  Johnson sailed on the cushion as Lasoski went low to pick off Zomer, Brown and Alley to move into the runner-up spot by lap seven, when Jackson, who was running fifth, spun in turn four.  At the time, Johnson led Lasoski, Alley, Brown, Zomer and Landis.  As the leaders completed a lap after the restart, Lasoski shot under Johnson for good.  The race went non-stop with Johnson chasing the leader until he tangled with the lapped machine of Moro.  The contact saw Johnson get the worst end as he tipped over.  He was uninjured.  Under the red, Zomer went to the work area, surrendering his run in 11th.  Laoski led Alley, Brown, Landis, and the surging machines of Jeffrey and Madsen.  Madsen caught fire passing Jeffrey, Landis and Brown for third on teh restart.  He was able to move by Alley late, but could not catch the victor, who pocketed his 88th career Knoxville 410 victory and $3,500.  Madsen settled for the $3,000 second place money, narrowly holding off Alley.  Garner and Green shared hard-charger honors by moving forward ten spots.

360s

Heat one (started, *qualified for feature): 1. Dustin Lindquist 55L (3*) 2. Joe Beaver 53 (4*) 3. Tim Newman 18 (2*) 4. Jon Corbin 15 (5) 5. John Schulz 2 (1) 6. Jeff Mitrisin 10 (7) 7. Jesse Drost 27 (8) 8. Mike Houseman Y2 (9) 9. Mitchell Alexander 6 (6)

Newman took the point early in the 7 lapper ahead of Beaver.  Lindquist shot under both Beaver and Newman in turns one and two on lap three to take the point.  He pulled away, winning by a large margin.  Corbin worked over Newman for third, but couldn't take the spot and would have given him a feature transfer.

Heat two (started, *qualified for feature): 1. David Hall 51 (2*) 2. Dustin Selvage 7 (6*) 3. Mike Houseman Jr. Y5 (1*) 4. Randy Martin 14 (7*) 5. Brett Golik 5G (4) 6. Luke Cranston 20 (8) 7. Tyler Thompson 2T (3) 8. Nate Van Haaften 3 (5) 9. Frank Brown 43 (9)

Hall led the distance.  Selvage improves everytime out, and this one was not exception as he moved up four spots.  Martin found his way around Golik with two to go for fourth and enough passing points to earn a feature spot.

Heat three (started, *qualified for feature): 1. Tom Lenz 8L (1*) 2. John Kearney 83 (6*) 3. Josh Higday 24 (3) 4. Jason Johnson 41 (7*) 5. Nate Mosher 22N (2) 6. Frankie Heimbaugh 04 (4) 7. Tony Bruce Jr. 18T (8) 8. Davey Heskin 56 (5) 9. David Brown 48 (9)

Lenz led flag to flag.  Kearney was the car on a tear in this one, using the cushion to shoot around row 2 starters Higday and Heimbaugh.  Johnson made his moves late, shooting under Heimbaugh with two to go and Mosher on the last lap.

Heat four (started, *qualified for feature): 1. Troy Meyer 11m (2*) 2. Chuck Swenson X (7*) 3. Jake Peters 57x (4*) 4. Johnny Anderson 7a (3) 5. Stacey Alexander 2Tx (1) 6. Pete Crall 11 (6) 7. Nick Eastin 25 (9) 8. John Anderson 4G (8) 9. Josh Schneiderman 49 (5)

Meyer took the early lead from S. Alexander and cruised to the win over a very stout field.  Swenson took care of three cars on the opening round and shot past Johnny Anderson, Peters and S. Alexander in a good run for second.

Heat five (started, *qualified for feature): 1. Brett Mather 54 (2*) 2. Eric Mason B29 (5*) 3. Rod Richards 5 (8*) 4. Alan Zoutte 33 (4) 5. Danny Heskin 84 (1) 6. Stevie Walsh 00 (6) 7. Lee Grosz 4 (7) DNS - David Langford 32L

Walsh spun before a lap could be completed.  Richards also spun to avoid.  On the complete restart, Mather contacted Danny Heskin, who spun and collected Walsh and Grosz, who flipped the Howells 4.  That left four cars to go single file, with Mather leading the distance.

C main (started): 1. Bruce (1) 2. Houseman (4) / 3. Schneiderman (9) 4. Van Haaften (3) 5. Davey Heskin (6) 6. F. Brown (7) 7. John Anderson (5) 8. M. Alexander (8) 9. D. Brown (10) 10. Thompson (2) DNS - Grosz

Bruce destroyed the field in the 8 lapper.  Thompson exited on lap four.  Several near spins spelled potential disaster, but the event went non-stop.

B main (started): 1. Johnny Anderson (3) 2. Higday (1) 3. Corbin (2) 4. Golik (6) 5. S. Alexander (9) 6. Mitrisin (11) / 7. Schulz (5) 8. Drost (14) 9. Cranston (7) 10. Heimbaugh (10) 11. Mosher (8) 12. Bruce (15) 13. Crall (13) 14. Eastin (12) 15. Zoutte (4) 16. Houseman (16) DNS - Danny Heskin, Walsh

Higday led early on the high side with Johnny Anderson in tow.  The two appeared to be attached by a string as they waged war side by side for the first six laps of the 10 lapper.  Johnny Anderson took control at that point.  Zoutte and Houseman exited early.  A three car battle for fourth between Golik, S. Alexander and Mitrisin resulted in Golik earning the final transfer.

A main (started): 1. Lindquist (5) 2. Johnson (11) 3. Peters (14) 4. Johnny Anderson (15) 5. Hall (2) 6. Swenson (6) 7. Martin (12) 8. Mitrisin (19) 9. Mason (9) 10. Corbin (17) 11. Lenz (7) 12. Beaver (8) 13. Selvage (4) 14. Higday (18) 15. Golik (20) 16. Houseman Jr. (16) 17. Newman (13) 18. Kearney (3) 19. Richards (10) 20. Meyer (1) DNS - Mather, S. Alexander

When Mather couldn't make the call, Mitrisin was able to join the field as an alternate.  He would earn any money coming to him, but gain no points.  The result was a surrendering of his points lead coming into the night.  Starting lineups could have been thrown out when several incidents happened before a lap could be completed.  On the initial try at green, Kearney shot under Meyer in turns one and two to take a brief lead with a slider.  Meyer got into the back of Kearney coming out of two, spinning the 83 and flipping his own mount.  Somehow Corbin's machine was piggy-backing Johnson's machine sideways while it rolled down the backstretch.  All restarted but Meyer, Richards and Kearney (even after repeated attempts to restart).  Selvage was sent to the rear on the next try at green, going from row two to row nine.  The second try at a restart saw Newman spin.  Once finally underway, Lindquist, who inherited the pole shot out and left the rest behind.  The 20 lapper was halfway complete when Houseman Jr. came to a stop bringing a caution.  Lindquist led Swenson, Hall, a surging Johnson, and Lenz back to green flag racing.  Johnson hit the middle of turns one and two on the restart to shoot around Hall and made quick work of Swenson using the low side in turns three and four.  He was unable to reel in the Minnesota youngster, who scored his second win of the year and $1,500.  Peters asserted himself by shooting by Hall and Swenson to capture third.  Peters, Johnny Anderson and Mitrisin all moved up 11 spots in the entertaining event.
