Cap Henry and the Jeff Ward 33W started the 2026 season in the same place he ended the 2025 season, in the Gates Corporation Victory Lane.

With five laps to go, Henry took the lead from Bryce Lucius, who had led every lap until that point, and crossed the checkered flag by .070 of a second.

“Just proud of my guys. We had to put ourselves into position and wasn’t real happy with the car all night, but Zach, Chris and Chad kept plugging away at it. And, Jeff and Gary gave us great equipment as always,” Henry said in Gates Corporation Victory Lane.

The podium was rounded out with a fresh face and a veteran. Bryce Lucius finished second, while Tim Shaffer came home third.

The NAPA Auto Parts All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Valvoline heads to Atomic Speedway in Chillicothe, Ohio, next Saturday, April 18th for $7,500 to win on the second night of the 2026 season.
