The top 6 transferred to the feature in the 12-lapper. Bruns spun before a lap could be completed. Paulus led Neuman, Montgomery and Hahn early. They stayed that way until Newman passed Paulus in turn four for the lead with two to go.
A main (started): 1. 19-Joel Myers Jr (2}; 2. 88-Austin McCarl (4}; 3. 12X-Landon Crawley (5}; 4. 74-Xavier Doney (8}; 5. 11-Roger Crockett (12}; 6. 3-Ayrton Gennetten (7}; 7. 5-Ryder McCutcheon (14}; 8. 51B-Joe B Miller (9}; 9. 11F-Colton Fisher (10}; 10. 52-Blake Hahn (20}; 11. 45X-Rees Moran (3}; 12. 31-Kameron Key (16}; 13. 79X-Gage Montgomery (18}; 14. 6-JJ Hickle (13}; 15. 3N-Jake Neuman (17}; 16. 23-Sean Rayhall (15}; 17. 3C-Cole Schroeder (23}; 18. 10G-Marcus Thomas (21}; 19. 2-Miles Paulus (19}; 20. 15-Jack Potter (22}; 21. 49-Josh Schneiderman (11}; 22. 8N-Dylan Bloomfield (1}; 23. 21-Cam Sorrels (6}
The 25-lapper started rough. Sorrels bicycled and all but turned over. He took it to the work area, but retired. Myers led Bloomfield and McCarl on lap one when the green fell, but with one lap in, Bloomfield got serious airtime in turn one, hitting high on the fence. He surrendered second, but hopped out of the wreckage. Myers chose the outside line with the choose cone on the double-file restart ahead of McCarl, Doney (from eighth), Crawley, Moran and Crockett. Doney shot around McCarl on the restart into second, while Crockett entered the top five. Myers was in lapped traffic on lap six, and Moran took fifth back from Crockett. McCarl got back by Doney on lap eight for second before Moran brought the yellow out when he slowed, ending his top five run. Myers led the single-file restart ahead of McCarl, Doney, Crawley, Crockett and Gennetten. Crawley moved into third with a slider in two. On lap ten, Crockett took fifth from Gennetten in a good back and forth battle. Myers was back in lapped traffic on the 13th circuit, and everything went non-stop from there. The youngster worked traffic well, with McCarl in pursuit. That’s the way they would finish. It was Myers first POWRi win worth $5,000. Hahn was the hard-charger.
